Please note the price structure for massage appointments will be changing January 1st, 2026. The fee increase reflects that GST will now be charged on top of the treatment fee, rather than inclusive of it. This small change allows me to keep my rates from needing to increase regularly as the cost of living rises.

Previous Rate for 60 min = $130.00 New Rate for 60 min $130.00 + GST = $136.50

Previous Rate for 45 min = $110 New Rate for 45 min $110 + GST = $115.50

Previous Rate for 30 min - $75 New Rate for 30 min $75 + GST = $78.75

If you have any questions or concerns about the changes, please feel free to email me directly.

Kayla Young is passionate about uncovering the patterns we hold in our bodies, both consciously and unconsciously. With 5+ years of experience as a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, Kayla brings a deeply embodied understanding of anatomy, movement, and nervous system awareness to her massage therapy practice.

She incorporates techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, facilitated stretching, and Swedish massage to support clients in listening to their bodies and developing greater bodily awareness. Kayla’s clinical focus includes temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, incorporating intraoral, buccal, and facial massage techniques, as well as tension-related concerns of the head, neck, and jaw.

Kayla also works with athletes and physically active individuals of all levels, supporting recovery, return to sport, and sustainable movement. She believes wholeheartedly that recovery and performance are supported not only through targeted treatment, but through space for the nervous system to settle.

She also welcomes clients seeking relief from everyday stress, tension, or fatigue, offering treatment that balances therapeutic precision with intentional rest.

Her client-centered approach emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that each treatment plan is uniquely tailored to the client’s needs and goals. Through a holistic lens grounded in clinical care, Kayla helps clients reconnect with their body’s natural signals, supporting long-term well-being, functional change, and sustainable movement.

Kayla welcomes adult, teen, and pediatric patients and is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive treatment environment.
